Unfortunately, by that time, our bodies have already lost water balance, and our cells have become dehydrated.

Water plays a crucial role in our body. It transports nutrients and oxygen into cells, regulates body temperature, aids in metabolism, and has many other benefits. Drinking enough water can help us lose weight, maintain healthy skin, reduce the likelihood of getting sick, aid in digestion and constipation, relieve fatigue, improve our mood, and reduce the risk of cancer.

However, it is important to note that drinking too much water can also be harmful to our health, especially for individuals with conditions such as heart disease, hypertension, nephrosis, or edema. It is vital to drink a healthy amount of water and consume it at the right time.
